We price off the bill rate — meaning we source a contractor whose market rate fits within your budget, and our margin is built into that rate. No surprises, no hidden fees. We walk you through what's reasonable for any given role and location.
We charge a percentage of the placed candidate's first year salary. We're always flexible — clients with multiple roles, exclusive partnerships, or long-term engagements often come in at the lower end. We'd rather build a relationship than max out a single fee.
Senior hires require a different level of effort — deeper networks, more outreach, longer timelines. We take on executive searches selectively and give them our full attention. The fee reflects the work, and the work reflects the stakes.
